SECTION 1 - PERSONALISATIONS & DESIGN ACCURACY
All personalised items are made to order based on the information you provide. Please ensure all names, spellings, dates are correct before submitting your order. Signature Clothing and Scents is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

SECTION 2 - TURNAROUND TIME

  • Quiet periods: 5-7 business days
  • Busy periods: 7-10 business days 

(shipping time is additional)

SECTION 3 - ORDERS CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the custom nature of our products changes or cancellations must be requested within 24HOURS of placing your order. After this time, your item may already be in production and changes cannot be guaranteed

SECTION 4 - RETURNS & REFUNDS
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items UNLESS an item is received damaged or an error was made on our part. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 - SIZING & COLOUR DISCLAIMER
Please refer to our size guide before ordering, as we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect sizing choices. NOTE THAT COLOURS MAY VARY SLIGHTLY due to lighting, screen settings or fabric materials

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
BY submitting any names, slogans, logos or images for customisations, you confirm that you have the rights or permission to use them, We will not be held responsible for any copyright or trademark violations

SECTION 8 - PRODUCT CARE
To ensure the longevity of your personalised items, please follow the CARE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED with your order. Signature Clothing & Scents is not liable for any damages cause by improper care or washing
